All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service department or clicking the “My Account” button in the top-right hand corner of our web page.

Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned to All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order for to process your RMA.  An item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at discretion, unless otherwise required by law.  Products with specific refund and return policies and deadlines must be returned within the time periods specified for each item.  All items sold through are subject to our Policy and Agreement.  Physically damaged items cannot be returned.

Replacement Only Return Policy

Return for refund within: Non-refundable

Return for replacement within: 14 days

This is our Replacement Only Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which states “This item may be returned for a replacement within 14 days only”) must be returned to within 14 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same item. If the original item is no longer available, a Gift Card in the amount of the price originally paid will be issued. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by, and not the mere issuance of an RMA. Products subject to this policy cannot be returned for a refund.
